Customer Experience Specialist

Are you someone who enjoys doing something a little different each day? We are seeking an office-based team member in Berlin to support our frontline customer services team and our internal team with various tasks.
**What you’ll be up to**:
- Supporting BBB complaints
- Supporting our Chargeback Specialist
- Answering Amazon Seller Central queries
- Communicating with external collections agencies in regard to our debtors (providing proof that a debt is or is not legitimate)
- Hiding or deleting offensive customer replies on social media platforms
- Assisting the Trainer with new hires
- Answering Customer Service Team escalations in Zendesk - financial, technical, process related, etc.
- Checking and answering feedback and comments within the app (iOS and Google Play)
**What you'll need to have**:
- Native-level English speaker
- Empathy and communication skills
- You are friendly, outgoing and enjoy speaking to customers on the phone
- High customer service skills
- Detail-oriented
- Technical interest and tech savviness a plus
- Experience in outbound telephone sales is a plus Please note that you must be living in the Berlin area and have a valid working visa or be an EU citizen to apply
