**THE ROLE AND THE TEAM**:
As a Senior Specialist (M/F) in the Customer Experience Team for Customer Experience International, you will be the link between the various Convenience teams and the Customer Care teams of all markets of Zalando SE.

You will provide 3rd level support and training focussing on finding the most customer-friendly solutions that also fit the Zalando Payment processes, support in projects optimising our processes and driving efficiencies, and facilitate the operational processes

**WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED**
- Serve as a primary contact point for Customer Care and support and train Customer Care on any payment-related issues
- Supervise payment transactions and clarify problematic or missing payment transactions
- Be responsible for balancing and reviewing general ledgers and customer accounts
- Be responsible for communication with external payment service providers, reviewing associated company customer portals and assist with international banking communication

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- A completed higher education, preferably in finance or business management and have several years of professional experience in a relevant field
- Fluent in English and good working knowledge of German. Each additional language is an advantage
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (SAP FI-CA), Salesforce and Google Suite
- Strong people skills, attention to detail, problem-solver, highly organised and able to prioritise your work
