- Koordinieren von externen Dienstleistern
- Verantwortliche Durchführung bzw. Unterstützung von Applikationsprojekten im Zusammenhang mit Zeitwirtschafts(vor)systemen
- Enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Bereichen der IT-Solutions
- Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Business Partner in den Zentral
- und Fachbereichen der AG sowie der Gesellschaften (Aufnahme/Konzeption/Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen)
- User Support
- Applikationsbetrieb
- Updates
- Fehlerbehebung
- Mitwirkung in Projekten
- Dokumentation von Services und Konzepten
- Verwalten von Zugriffen und Berechtigungsrollen

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Applikationsmanagement in vergleichbarem Umfeld mit vergleichbaren Aufgaben
- abgeschlossenes Studium im informationstechnischen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Interesse an Personalprozessen, IT-Lösungen und digitalen Trends im Bereich der Personalwirtschaft
- Kenntnisse in verschiedenen Zeitwirtschaftssystemen (z.B. dormakaba, ATOSS, Siport, Kronos, etc) von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Perspnaleinsatzplanung auf Basis von ATOSS von Vorteil
- Verständnis der SAP Personalzeitwirtschaft und der Schnittstellen zwischen SAP HCM und angeschlossenen Zeitwirtschaft
- Gute Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeit mündlich und schriftlich in Deutsch und Englisch
- Interkulturelle Kompetenz und Reisebereitschaft
- Lernbereitschaft und Offenheit für neue Applikationsplattformen
