**How you will spend your time as our next Test Management Specialist**:
As a Test Manager, you will play a vital role in the planning, organising, and managing testing activities. Your responsibilities will include executing test plans, creating, and updating test cases, reporting defects, and ensuring the timely completion of testing within the allocated budget. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements, develop testing strategies, and provide regular updates on testing progress to relevant stakeholders.

**What you will do**:

- Provide technical support for creating an overarching and comprehensive test management approach (processes/methods/tools) relevant to various projects in the ERP and infrastructure area.
- Develop test scripts, test conditions, input test data, and expected results for one or more test plans in a development cycle by analysing the functional specifications and Business Requirements.
- Accountable for the planning, preparation and execution of end-to-end testing activities as part of our global digital transformation (Infor ERP Implementation, Infrastructure Implementation). In addition, the preparation of test phases (time, resources, test tools, test environment) and test cases.
- Monitoring of test execution (development, business, key users), documentation of test results, and continuous improvement of test procedures.

**What we expact of you**:

- Proven experience as a Test Manager, Quality Assurance or similar role in ERP testing.
- Must have experience in Test Management for ERP implementations. Familiar with different test types (Smoke, Regression, Unit Test, SIT, UAT).
- Familiarity with ISTQB test management principles and methods is expected, and ISTQB Foundation Level or ISTQB Certified Test Manager certification is desirable.
- As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will prioritize built-in quality and maintain high-quality standards in test planning, design, defect tracking, test case creation, and test execution.
- You demonstrate a profound understanding of end-to-end defect management and exhibit exceptional proficiency in efficiently managing the entire defect resolution process.
- Proven ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams, including business users and other technology teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. Furthermore Good conceptual, analytical, and technical thinking skills to identify and solve complex problems.
- Good command of spoken and written English language is a must, and German is a plus.
