**Specialist Order Management (f/m/d)
As a Specialist Order Management you will support our Order Management Team in their day-to-day tasks, focusing on Amazon as online marketplace account.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Review of incoming EDI orders
- Coordination and preparation of digital order confirmation, including delivery dates based on availabilities
- Application for customs documents for UK
- Coordination of shipments with delivery service providers
- Definition and optimisation of Order Management processes for big online marketplace accounts, as well as implementation and documentation of these
- Active coordination between Sales and Order Management
- Master data entry and Updates
- Statistics on claims
- Completed commercial training
- Relevant professional experience in the areas of case processing and ordering/ order management, preferably with the customer Amazon
- Several years of professional experience in the field described above, preferably in the B2B environment
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP SD
- Team spirit and Proactiveness
- Good German and very good English skills
