Summary For the Area „Air & Surface Defence Solution” we are looking for a “Team Leader of the Project Management Office for Short Range and Very Short Range Protection (f/m/d)” at the earliest opportunity, based in Ulm. The Air & Surface Defence Solutions Area is responsible for the entire COBRA Radar business and since recently, also for the business responsibility for solutions in the field of Ground Base Air Defence (GBAD). Which means typically a mixture of sensors of the total sensor portfolio of HENSOLDT. NNbS provides the basis for the future Air Defence Solution of the German Bundeswehr in the range "GBAD Inner Layer". Operational and strategical, the Area Air & Surface Defence Solutions is responsible for Product-, Proposal - and Project-Management. Your Tasks- Technical leadership of the Project Management Office (PMO) for ASD Solutions including specialist management of PMO staff- Material management from the provision of the goods up to and including delivery documents and internal commissioning of the responsible shipping points including management of the delivery documents in national and international trade in goods (goods flow organization / material master maintenance)- Processing of material returns and repair processing to joint venture partners and subcontractors both domestic and abroad- Responsible for the maintenance of MS Project plans- Management of schedules (creation / monitoring / control / maintenance) in coordination with the project manager and follow-up / monitoring of milestone lists according to the contract- Follow-Up of topics in claim-waiver management- Preparation of programmatic compliance matrix (non-technical requirements) in preparation of bids in coordination with the Bid Manager- Assumption of sub-project management responsibility, e. g. for the initial spare parts requirement in national and international business in coordination Occasional travel is required (national) Your Profile- Completed bachelor's degree in engineering, electrical engineering, communications engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualifications- Experience in project management or equal qualification- Several years of experience in one or more of the following areas desirable: production, procurement, engineering, product support, quality assurance, contracting, confi-management, project management office- Ability to work in international teams and resilience- Structure, analytical and flexible working methods- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project, SAP and EPM MUST- Very good German and good English skills What we offer you - Central location close to the city centre with complimentary multi-storey car park along with a company restaurant, café bar and snack shop - Fitness studio incl. physiotherapy and other health offers - Childcare and holiday care close to the site - Working in an innovative environment with exceptional high-tech products at the limits of physics - Attractive remuneration (in accordance metal and electrical industry tariff) - Company pension scheme - Flexible working time model (mobile working, flexitime and part-time, opportunities for sabbaticals) - Individual development and training opportunities Be the pioneer of our future In case you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Talent Resourcing Team: Mrs Iris Nussbaumer (permanent positions) and Mrs Lea Schmutz (permanent positions) E-Mail:
