Working Student

Your tasks

In our Customer Center for our premium OEM Mercedes and Volvo, we offer a working student (M/F/diverse) position starting immediately for a minim of 6 months. We employ working students (M/F/diverse) for a maximum of 18 hours per week with partially remote and partially on-site work (1-2 days per week).
- Creation of Customer Center internal Communication and Data Management Platform in various tools
- Support of Sales Excellence Initiative
- Creation of presentation and one-pager as a base for commercial customer negotiations
- Support of our company restructuring process (Project SHAPE) in alignment with our Tier-1 customers to ensure the data connection and data flow (SAP based).
- Sales management support of our Aftermarket Projects in regard to planning figures and contract management via B2B portal and in alignment with our OEM.
- Supporting the material shortage situation for related customer projects by tracking and monitoring the material availability as an interface with all involved departments (Supply chain Management/ Purchasing / Project / Production Plant / Sales/ KeyAccount Management.

**Profile**:

- Student (M/F/diverse) in business administration studies or similar field of study
- Interests in the area of Sales Management
- Profound knowledge in MS Office-programs
- Fluent English language skills - written and spoken
- Basic German language skills will be helpful
- Interest in working in an international team
- High level of commitment and organizational skills in a team and in independent tasks
