**Technical Project Lead (H/U/M/A/N)* Stability and Performance #10165**

**Location / Industry**:
Ulm/Remote

**Start / Duration**:
asap / open-ended
onsite in Ulm and remote work

**Your tasks**:
The customers ECUs are very complex and many software development teams from multiple sites and companies are contributing to the overall software design. As Project Leader Software Stability in the area of Web-based Architecture Tooling Development you are responsible for end-to-end coordination of software stability topics and corresponding KPIs across all software development teams.
- You will steer software stability improvement through sub-organizations and external partners
- You report status and progress to program management
- Furthermore, you act as function owner for stability toolchain to track convergence and quickly identify regressions
- You will define software stability convergence action plan
- Additionally, you provide inputs to a team of SW experts working with you on those activities

**Your qualification**:

- A successfully completed degree in Computer Science or similar field of study (BEng/BSc/MSc/PhD)
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in software project management
- Strong experience in leading distributed software development teams
- Good understanding of embedded Linux or Android systems
- Excellent communication skills, including ability to discuss technical topics with a business audience
- A customer-oriented mindset along with initiative and the ability to work independently
