Summary We are looking for a "Project Responsible for Product Variant and Configuration Management (f/m/d)" for the "Configuration Management (CM)" department at the Ulm site as soon as possible. The "Configuration Management (CM)" department with its three departments ensures that the CM processes are applied effectively in the project and on the product, taking into account the contractual requirements, and that the project-relevant CM tasks are completed efficiently. This ensures that the project and product goals are achieved within the performance, time and cost framework at low risk. The department's employees are assigned to the project core teams across the product and project lifecycle. They work closely with the project managers or product managers and are appointed at the start of the planning phase. Your Tasks- Definition and specification of KM interfaces (internal and external)- Creation of KM plans in German and English language- Creation of product structures (identification of configuration units and mapping in KM tools)- - Execution of release boards (RBs)- Creation of baselines and construction status definitions- Implementation of internal and external change management (change control boards)- Creation of evaluations and status presentations- Collaboration in internal and external international project teams- Coordination of subcontractors and customers- Further development of the KM system Your Profile- Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering or comparable- Experience in project management, configuration management and the various KM standards (e.g. ISO 10007, EIA-649)- Experience in software configuration management and production processes is advantageous- Knowledge of SAP PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) and Serena Business Manager / Dimensions advantageous- Ability and social competence to implement or introduce KM specifications- Ability to make presentations to international customers and partners- Ability to work in a team and compromise, but also assertiveness and initiative as well as negotiation skills with customers and contractors (internal / external)- Fluent German and good English skills Happy to hear- Work on extraordinary high-tech products at the limits of physics- Fair, performance-related remuneration, plus special payments- Flexible working time and workplace models- Company pension scheme- Individual development and training opportunities- Family-friendly working conditions and meal & snack options- Health promotion and mobility offers Discover more about our benefits " HERE ".
