Summary We are looking for a "Project Management Officer (f/m/d)" at the Ulm site as soon as possible. The position will report directly to the CSCO. The Hensoldt Go Wave 3 continues to drive internationalization, needs to improve supply chain robustness and increase inflation resilience. It also focuses on increasing engineering efficiency, improving overhead costs and working capital. The program is designed to enable the company's sustainable growth over the next 10 years. Your Tasks- Responsibility over strategic planning to create an even closer link between central corporate strategy and business unit strategies to balance strategic investments and achieve a more solution-oriented enterprise with the required aligned product developments/portfolios- Support strong revenue growth to drive the following work packages (for example, program/project ramp-up, technical efficiency, supply chain robustness, industrialization of key products, strategic competency management, and strong quality vision and execution)- Addressing issues such as inflation resilience, economies of scale, cost and overhead efficiencies to improve EBITDA results- Shorten E2E cycle time and improve working capital efficiency to improve cash position (free cash flow)- Drive optimization in close collaboration with the GPO / Chief Process Officer as part of the business driven SAP S/4 Hana implementation project- Provide a monthly progress report to the MBM and conduct deep dives or visioning workshops supported by a Hensoldt Go Finance Member.
