Summary We are looking for a “Financial Business Partner (FBP) for Airborne Electronic Warfare (f/m/d)” for the “Finance & Controlling Spectrum Dominance - Airborne Electronic Warfare” department at the Ulm site as soon as possible. The “Finance & Controlling Spectrum Dominance - Airborne Electronic Warfare” department supports the program departments in all economic questions and matters from business initiation to project completion. Your Tasks- Maintenance of the KPI reporting tool for the Spectrum Dominance - Airborne Electronic Warfare (Praetorian) program- Recording of orders and purchase orders (database maintenance)- Planning and controlling of sales and results at PID / PC level- Creation of quotation and customer projects as well as purchase requisitions and dispatch notes- Creating and maintaining the project structure and planned costs for operating orders- Creation, release and completion of operating orders to internal departments as well as invoicing and crediting- Checking, approving and recording supplier invoices and delivery documents- Accounts receivable control (evaluation of open items & creation of dunning letters)- Preparation of management reporting (CTC, RMC, EACs) and special tasks Your Profile- Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable- Several years of experience in Finance / Controlling / Commercial- Experience in bid management, claim / waiver management, offer and contract design as well as commercial project management in national and international projects- Knowledge of public pricing law advantageous- Confident in working with SAP (SD / PS) and MS Office- - Quick comprehension as well as ability to work in a team, reliability and strong communication skills- Independent, structured, agile and goal-oriented way of working- Strong customer orientation and assertiveness- Business fluent German and English skills Happy to hear- Work on extraordinary high-tech products at the limits of physics- Fair, performance-related remuneration, plus special payments- Flexible working time and workplace models- Company pension scheme- Individual development and training opportunities- Family-friendly working conditions and meal & snack options- Health promotion and mobility offers Discover more about our benefits " HERE ".
