**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- As a Senior People Advisor, you'll work as a People Operations generalist in close collaboration with all your stakeholders (employees, payroll provider, PEOs, EORs, etc.), both internal and external, as well as our People, Culture & Workplace Team.
- You will be covering all people operations tasks, such as onboarding/offboarding, contract management, payroll, certificate preparation, and leave management (parental leave, etc.).
- You will be responsible for carrying out our monthly or bi-monthly payroll in Germany, the UK, the US, and Canada and coordinating the payroll with our external EOR agency, Papaya Global, in all the other locations (worldwide).
- With your extensive experience in project management and automation, you'll help us to improve our internal HR processes as well as automation where needed
- You will also be responsible for coordinating the end-of-year open enrollment in the USA in collaboration with our PEO Vensure.
- You'll take care of all topics, including benefits and payroll.
- Together with our other people advisor, you will contribute to the well-functioning of all team people operations by answering stakeholders' and employees' requests.
- You will work in a collaborative and agile team to help us to get to the next level.

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**:

- Proven experience in a similar role as Senior People Operations / Senior People Advisor role, ideally in an international, fast-paced tech scale-up
- Strong customer and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with both internal colleagues and external partners
- You have a strong background in global payroll management, especially in Germany, the US, Canada and the UK.
- You are familiar with benefits management, ideally in the US environment (UK would be a big plus)
- You may have worked with EOR partners to onboard employees globally - a big plus is experience in working with US PEOs
- You are familiar with DATEV in BambooHR.
- You are fluent in English (German would be a BIG plus)
