**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Werde Teil des Teams und übernimm die Verantwortung für konkrete Aufgaben und Projekte in den Bereichen People Management, People Operations, und Office Management.- Du sorgst mit unserem People Team dafür, dass unser Office im Prenzlauer Berg ein Arbeitsort ist, an dem sich alle wohlfühlen- Als Ansprechpartner:in für unser ganzes Team unterstützt du in täglichen (Personal
- und Operations) Prozessen und wirst zu einem essentiellen Teil unseres Teams

**Dein Profil**:

- Du studierst in einem Bachelor oder Masterstudiengang. Egal welcher, solange du dich für People Operations Themen begeisterst- Du hast Dich durch gute Leistungen und Engagement ausgezeichnet- Du hast bis zu 20 Stunden in der Woche Zeit, und möchtest Berufserfahrungen in einem jungen Unternehmen sammeln und dabei viel Verantwortung übernehmen- Kommunikation liegt dir, du hast ein gutes Zeitmanagement und schaffst es, Themen zu priorisieren und sehr schnell eigenständig zu erledigen- Du bist ein:e echte Problemlöser:in und arbeitest gern im Team- Deutsch und Englisch auf B2 Level- Du kannst an 2 Tagen die Woche im Office (Schönhauser Allee 175) in Berlin sein
