A team of 1,200+ people from Vinted's offices in Vilnius, Berlin, Prague, and Amsterdam develop and support our platform. We share a unique work culture that's based on aiming high, taking ownership, co-creating, caring, and growth.

We are already market leaders in all our key markets but this is still just Chapter 1. We're now looking to add a Senior People Operations Partner to our team of dedicated, purpose-driven humans to help us achieve new heights.

**In this position, you'll**:

- Operate with full ownership on topics including People Operations' process improvement, employment documentation, data maintenance while ensuring a great employee's experience
- Partner with the other People Team functions (e.g. Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, People Partnering, Workplace Experience, etc.) and other Stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Legal, Managers, etc.) on all sorts of initiatives / projects and ensure mutual benefit
- Help design, establish and execute scalable / automated processes and set up the tooling to prepare the organisation for growth beyond its current shape and structure
- Support our employees end to end through the entire employee lifecycle (e.g. contract creation, visa & relocation, onboarding, offboarding, etc.)
- Be the frontline to all colleague questions and requests using helpdesk technology to channel and measure the workload while providing optimal employee experience for all non-Lithuanian countries Vinted is operating together with the People Operations Specialists
- Keep employee information and communication up to date: employee guidelines, knowledge base, etc.

**About you**:

- 4+ years of experience in a similar role in a fast-growing, international environment
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) is a must, any additional European language would be a plus
- Basic Employment law skills help you to manage daily tasks and employee requests
- Well-organised, with a collaborative attitude and a strong service orientation
- Motivated, diligent, and eager to find solutions to challenges facing you and your team
- Experience with Workday is a plus

We want people to work from where they're most comfortable, which is why we're using a hybrid workplace model at Vinted for the foreseeable future.

Hybrid means that we encourage working from the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and the remainder of your time from either home or the office, but it's not required. You're welcome to work from either location all or some of the time, depending on what you think is best and safest for you, and how the Covid-19 situation is developing where you are.
