**Your**
**responsibilities**
**- You will be faced with loads of unknown issues everyday and expected to solve them at pace. The business continues to grow and evolve and there is a great opportunity for the right person to leave a very distinct mark through their contributions.**What we expect from you**
- Be a proactive and trustworthy partner to management team and the CEO, for all people matters
- Build a tech savvy P&C team - digitalise as much workflow as possible
- Be a guardian of our culture and imprint the culture into every aspect of how we build business together
- Lead internal communication
- Drive recruitment activity to find the best people on the market who are a culture fit with the company and hire them
- Ensure smooth running of our operations, most importantly ensure our Fulfilment Centres and Last Mile are properly staffed
- Own efficient and effective onboarding of all new employees to make them hit the ground running
- Keep the house in order in terms of payroll, HR Admin and compliance. Strong cost controlling skills and efficiency in all internal processes is paramount.

**experience**
**- A person with a business mindset and an innovative approach to problem solving, who is structured, diligent and attentive to people’s needs.
- Somebody who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves, own a problem and get on with any task
- An experienced professional with knowledge of all core People areas, including operations, warehouse management or logistics
- A self-starter, able to work independently and deliver without a support of a large team
- Someone with passion for superb customer service
- Someone who enjoys to work in a start-up environment where hierarchy and status mean not much
- Great communicator - fluent English and German
