We are live with leading car brands and working with the most recognized brands on enabling the future of mobility You will be a part of our People & Culture Team which is an integral part in shaping the future success of our platform by hiring talented people, creating a great company culture, and making 4.screen the most desirable employer brand in the mobility tech sector in Europe.

Your role
- Developing the People & Culture team: You will work directly with the founders and build a world-class and scalable People & Culture organization.
- Recruiting as a key element: In our growth phase, you develop recruiting strategies (active sourcing, employer branding, etc.) and analyze the effectiveness of different channels.
- Responsibility and ownership for the People & Culture Team: You are responsible for and coordinate the People & Culture Team as well as the HR Strategy and the corresponding budget.

Our requirements
- Degree in business administration, economics or comparable, ideally with a focus on human resources and organization development
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in the HR area of a strongly growing company or in a very dynamic environment
- Very ambitious and clear vision of an HR organization
- Extensive knowledge of German labour law
- Experience in leading a smaller team
- Fluent in German and English
