**THE ROLE** As Head of People & Culture you are part of Parkdepot's Executive Management and are responsible for leading the entire People & Culture organization. Together with your teams, you drive continuous professionalization covering all HR areas, ensuring that we are meeting our business goals at all times. **YOUR MISSION** - Developing and delivering the long-term People & Culture strategy for Parkdepot, considering the company's business strategy - Steering company-wide HR initiatives in order to turn the strategy into success while managing competing expectations - Leading & developing the People & Culture functions in Parkdepot - Talent Attraction, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, People Operations & Development, People Analytics & Processes, Workplace & IT Support - Ensuring the company's growth by steering international expansions to further countries - Shaping the Parkdepot culture by proactively bringing the company's vision, mission & values into the daily life of all employees **WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED** - You hold a degree in psychology, economy or business administration with a focus on HR or organizational development - You have profound experience of minimum 5 years in leading and shaping the People & Culture function in fast-growing, dynamic organizations >200 employees - You have proven experience in building people frameworks (e.g. levelling, performance, progression, learning, reward), demonstrating clear principles - You follow a pragmatic yet analytical approach and understand how to balance strategic thinking with prioritization and operational execution - You are constantly challenging the status quo and aiming to build and optimize scalable processes - You are a strong communicator across various hierarchy levels and have a good understanding on creating a strong team feeling and culture - You do not only understand the business perspective, but also have clear picture on how to set up the People & Culture function in a way to support all areas within the organization - You have a good understanding on managing competing expectations in an entrepreneurial way - You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German **WHY PARKDEPOT** Apart from the people, the role, our culture and mission, there are countless arguments that make Parkdepot a great place to work.* - * Growth: *Parkdepot has become one of the biggest parking managers in Europe in under three years and that's just the beginning - **Spirit**: Legendary team events and the creation of ambitious ideas.
