Your tasks
As Director People & Organization (M/F/d), you play a key role in building our company.
Reporting directly to the Managing Partners, you lead our Talent team and work on strategic topics, yet, you are not afraid of doing the necessary hands-on work.
Face the new challenges and restrictions that came up with the spread of Covid-19 and ensure a safe but productive and enjoyable working place for everyone.

Attraction & Recruitment
- You plan and implement a recruiting strategy to acquire outstanding talent for inveox
- You enhance inveox' policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
- You support our Talent Acquisition team with the entire recruitment process from screening to onboarding, by working closely with the senior management team
- You also work closely with Marketing & Communications to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges and to develop and implement employer branding strategies
Development & Learning
- You proactively assess team, manager, and organizational development needs and create trainings and enable solutions, by providing talent development counsel to senior managers
- You build learning strategies that drive improvement in our teams, you pursue potentials and enhance employee engagement
- You strengthen programs and systems that support leadership development, effective leadership review processes, and ongoing development of our line managers
- You define career tracks for every role and department and create development paths for our talents
Shape our culture
- You face the challenge of new working aspects that emerged with the spread of COVID-19, by integrating mobile working and the necessary security measures, while maintaining a productive and joyful work environment
- You build and evolve a company culture that makes people love being at inveox
- You create an overall philosophy of how to achieve the best people management and performance
- You build communications programs that support our values of transparency, autonomy and collaboration
- You also develop a compensation strategy and framework that matches bests our culture
Advance
- You generate monthly updates for the Managing Partners about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives and current metrics
- You communicate regularly with senior management to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organizational goals
- You bring added value to the business by using your recruiting expertise in strategic decision
**Requirements**:
- You have a degree in psychology, economy or business administration with a focus on Human Resources, People, Culture & Organisation
- You have several years of relevant experience in recruitment, preferably in a start-up or hyper-growth environment (engineering and IT recruitment experience is highly beneficial) and a proven track record of headhunting for tough-to-fill roles
- You show an autonomous work style and great communication skills, in English & German, especially in a multicultural environment
- You also have experience in working standards and laws in Germany, Poland and preferably US
- You are very passionate about employer branding topics and you like to create employees’ engagement
