Business Development Professional

We seek a Business Development Professional who is driven to expand enclaive’s presence in the cloud security space of the DACH Financial Services Industry including, Banks, Insurances, Regulators and connected services. Ideally you are based close to Berlin or Frankfurt. We are looking for a passionate, results-driven, Business Development Professional to strengthen our team. As part of enclaive, you’ll be engaging with cutting-edge security technologies that change the way cloud computing can be used. You will work alongside Sales, Marketing, and Development to drive growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting customer success.

**Responsibilities & Qualifications**:
**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Identify and Target the key stakeholders and potential clients in the financial services industry.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and growth areas in relation to the clients’ businesses.
- Address potential clients and partners in close collaboration with the sales team
- Lead in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients building a strong presence and visibility in the industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with product offerings.
- Prepare sales materials, pitch decks, and proposals to support sales and marketing initiatives.

**What You’ll Add To enclaive**:

- At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (preferably in tech with a focus on the financial services sector).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

- Proficient in German (C2 or native) and English (C1 or better)

- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
