**ABOUT YOUR ROLE**:
As an
**Associate Director Development Finance & Policy (d/f/m)**, you are part of SEEK’s leadership team, while serving as a trusted advisor to senior clients within the most important organizations in the Global Development space - including major UN and multilateral organizations, multilateral development banks, NGOs and philanthropic institutions. You help them understand the development finance and policy landscape for the topics they care about and support them to develop sustainable financing strategies. You shape SEEK’s thought leadership, strategy, and offering to the development finance community including through our online digital platform the Donor Tracker, and contribute to the growth of our firm through business development. This exciting role requires values-driven, experienced leaders with a background in development finance including working within a bilateral or multilateral financing institution, a think tank, or a strategy consultancy. You combine entrepreneurial acumen and excellent conceptual and analytical thinking with strong financing and policy expertise and a professional network in the development finance space.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
**_ Client and business leadership_**
- Cultivate close relationships with senior clients, acting as a trusted advisor who understands their evolving needs and helps them develop evidence-based financing strategies
- Facilitate senior client meetings/workshops, effectively engaging diverse stakeholders to develop impactful and actionable outcomes tailored to their needs
- Leverage your relationships and expertise to identify opportunities to serve existing and new clients, and lead the creation of winning proposals to further grow our portfolio of work in development finance & policy

**_ Engagement and people leadership_**
- Take responsibility for delivering high-quality, high-impact work on client engagements, leveraging your expertise to ensure clients get the best solutions to their challenges
- Provide leadership to the SEEK project teams working on development financing and policy projects, guiding them on methodologies and problem-solving and pushing beyond the obvious
- Ensure staffing provides maximum client impact while also providing development opportunities for colleagues; develop SEEK’s talent through mentoring and coaching and effective feedback.
