**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: -**
1. Ensure a minimum of five scheduled engagements with the Business Development Manager or Sales Director
leads.
2. Collaborate closely with Gowide's sales team to bolster the pipeline by engaging with various stakeholders
within Gowide's prospect accounts through personalized outreach.
3. Execute high-volume prospecting activities (60-100 per day) to generate qualified sales opportunities,
4. Deliver a superior prospect and customer experience during every interaction, striving to become an expert
in effectively conveying Gowide's value to potential customers.
5. Maintain meticulous records of lead interactions within our CRM system.
6. Contribute to the development of scalable demand generation campaigns based on data analysis, identifying

**EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE: -**
1. Possessing a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR).
2. Demonstrating a genuine enthusiasm for establishing a career in sales.
3. Proven track record of achieving high performance in previous roles.
4. Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
5. Adaptability and enthusiasm for thriving in a dynamic startup environment with a fast-paced work culture.
6. In-depth knowledge of Digital Transformation, ERP Solutions, Digital Marketing, and associated technologies.
7. Aspiring to surpass measurable performance goals.
8. Exhibiting resilience, high motivation, and the ability to navigate objections and rejections daily.
