Unser Klient ist ein renommiertes Unternehmen mit knapp 10.000 Mitarbeitern im Bereich Gesundheitswesen in Nordrhein-Westfalen.

Um sich auch in Zukunft wettbewerbsfähig und marktführend aufzustellen, wird zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt ein Head of Process Management (m/w/d) gesucht.

Aufgaben

\* strategische, konzeptionelle und operative Verantwortung für das Thema Process Management and Business Development

\* im Sinne der Unternehmensstrategie und mit hoher Kundenorientierung die Unternehmensprozesse betrachten, entwickeln, sowie verbessern

\* Betrachtung der Skalierbarkeit der Prozesse und ggf. Einführung nötiger KPIs

\* Teamverantwortung - führen, fördern, weiterentwickeln

\* Budgetverantwortung

\* effektives Schnittstellenmanagement

\* übergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Gremien und Verbänden

Qualifikation

\* erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Fach
- oder Hochschulstudium, alternativ eine zur Ausübung der Funktion angemessene Qualifikation oder Berufserfahrung auf einer im Sinne der Fach
- und Führungsverantwortung unmittelbar vergleichbaren Stelle

\* mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Prozessmanagement

\* Berufs
- und Führungserfahrung in einer Führungsposition oder in einem vergleichbaren Aufgabengebiet

\* sicherer Umgang im Stakeholder-Management

\* Technologische Affinität in Bezug auf Prozessautomatisierung;
- digitalisierung und KI
