Wir besetzen aktuell eine Stelle als Head of Payroll Management bei einem führenden europäischen Medienkonzern. Wir suchen hier eine(n) Payroll Experten der bereits grössere Teams geleitet hat und SAP HCM Erfahrung mitbringt.

| ABOUT THE ROLE

Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team (~20MA) wirst Du die Neuausrichtung und weitere Digitalisierung der Payroll-Abteilung vorantreiben. Dabei hast Du viel Gestaltungsspielraum hinsichtlich Struktur, Aufgaben, Prozessen und Teamsetup.

Die Rolle ist hybrid remote mit Standort Köln, wobei du deine Arbeitszeit sehr flexibel einteilen kannst. Solltest du für diese Rolle nach Köln umziehen müssen, dann werden deine Relocation Kosten natürlich übernommen.
