**Your contribution**:

- You are responsible for **driving Vantage Towers ESG agenda** internally and externally to deliver and showcase results
- Refining and delivering a **comprehensive ESG strategy** designed to make VT a fully compliant ESG frontrunner
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to **identify ESG priorities** and **ensure integration** into overall business strategy
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to **ensure the alignment of ESG initiatives** with business functions, including but not limited to HR, Technology, SCM, Legal and Commercial
- ** Establish key performance indicators** (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of ESG programs
- ** Cultivate relationships **with external stakeholders, including investors, regulatory bodies, NGOs, and local communities

**What makes you stand out**:

- At least **10 years** of relevant operational or corporate work **experience **in the field of environment, health & safety, energy management or consultancy
- A successfully completed **university degree**, ideally in science, environmental management, engineering, energy management or sustainability, and a **specialization **in the topic of **sustainability/ESG**:

- Successful prior **implementation of sustainability/ESG projects** and specific expertise as well as demonstrated project management skills
- You are familiar with current **ESG requirements** of the capital market,** international ESG ratings**, the **GRI reporting framework**, the Sustainable Development Goals as well as regulatory requirements (e.g. CSR-RUG or CSRD, Supply Chain Act, EU taxonomy)
- Strong **leadership skills** / comfortable presenting to senior management
- You characterize yourself as a **motivated, resilient, and reliable personality**:

- Fluent **German **and **English** skills written and spoken
