For our Commercial Excellence Team Germany, we are looking - with immediate effect - for a**Director Commercial/Sales Excellence Germany (f/m/d)**
- Bad Vilbel | Germany (DE) | Full-time | Permanent**Your tasks**:
- Drive a Commercial Excellence agenda for Germany with a strong mandate to act as sparring partner and entrepreneurial pacemaker in order to constructively challenge existing ways of working always in context of a OneStada approach
- Leading central service functions for Germany like Admin Services for the Sales Force, Event Management, Trainings etc.
- Further develop and drive our Stada GER omnichannel approach purely from a customer journey perspective to get our Stada GER Commercials future-ready
- Support Leadership & General Management in implementing and continuously improving organizational matrix structure and in delivering in their strategic choices (launches, commercialization etc.)
- Embed a strong customer focused commercial analytics function generating easily accessible Insights from deployment of standard reports, dashboards etc. based on these propose clear recommendations, actions and KPIs
- Identify Sales Effectiveness development needs and drive Sales Effectiveness roadmap to establish strong foundations in Sales capabilities and processes for our Field Sales Forces to our pharmacies and/or doctors
- Establish SFE metrics as a core driver of Sales performance utilizing commercial analytics alongside support in implementing CRM optimizations and leading the further development as a process owner
- Analyze business and team deployment on multiple quantitative and qualitative KPIs (sales-driven) and provide conclusive reports and recommendations adapted to the different needs of internal customers (Divisional Heads, General Mgmt, Leadership Team)
- Manage continuous improvement of targeting, segmentation, customers categorization models (GoToMarket) across multiple Business Units
- Engage in Sales Force trainings and people development, improving value between and across the teams as well as to design and implement market relevant incentive programs that fuel sustainable growth
- Working closely with our strategic European functions to drive commercial success, best practices and guarantee a state of the art market execution
- Engage productivity & efficiency projects along with other areas, Sales teams, in order to guarantee relevant business transformation that allows resource optimization, investment analysis and provide key analysis to support strategic business information
**Your qualification**:
- BA or BS degree, preferably in economics or business related disciplines
- Experiences in Sales and/or Business Development with 5+ years
- Background in consulting, pharmaceutical industry or medicine
- Must bring a pro-active, self-starter mindset and a strong execution track-record
- Knowledge of OTC, Rx and Gx markets
- Must be able to analyze complex processes and put together effective concise reports while meeting all deadlines
- Profound knowledge of Commercial Excellence, Business Intelligence and Analytics
- Commercial Excellence or business leadership experience is an advantage
- Must have a fluent German and a strong command of conversational and written English skills
- Is very familiar with industry trends and remains current with competitor’s resources and practices
