With our wide range of generics, consumer health products and specialty pharmaceuticals, we offer patients, doctors and pharmacists a wide range of therapeutic options.- **Global Launch Excellence Lead (f/m/d)** - Bad Vilbel | Deutschland (DE) | Full-Time | Permanent | 9149**What you can expect**: - In your role as Global Launch Excellence Lead you will be working as a part of dynamic and highly motivated team which supports all activities related to successful product launches across multiple locations. The Global Launch Excellence lead will report into the Senior Director of Global Launch Management and is responsible for managing and optimizing the launch execution process ensuring that best practices are applied and consistency is generated across projects. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with commercial and functional leaders from different areas in the organization to support the business strategy in the short and mid-term.- You drive transparency, adaptation and optimization of launch execution process. Leveraging digital tools, monitoring progress of action plans, collecting feedback, and sharing insights into Launch Management. - You work within the organization to evolve the Stada launch capability. Ensure the sharing and learnings from New Product Launch best practices across Stada. - You will ensure the sharing and learnings from New Product Launch best practices across Stada - You identify process risks and gaps.
