With our wide range of generics, consumer health products and specialty pharmaceuticals, we offer patients, doctors and pharmacists a wide range of therapeutic options. **Global Launch Excellence Lead (f/m/d)** Bad Vilbel | Deutschland (DE) | Full-Time | Permanent | 9149 **What you can expect**: In your role as Global Launch Excellence Lead you will be working as a part of dynamic and highly motivated team which supports all activities related to successful product launches across multiple locations. The Global Launch Excellence lead will report into the Senior Director of Global Launch Management and is responsible for managing and optimizing the launch execution process ensuring that best practices are applied and consistency is generated across projects. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with commercial and functional leaders from different areas in the organization to support the business strategy in the short and mid-term. - You drive transparency, adaptation and optimization of launch execution process. Leveraging digital tools, monitoring progress of action plans, collecting feedback, and sharing insights into Launch Management. - You work within the organization to evolve the Stada launch capability. Ensure the sharing and learnings from New Product Launch best practices across Stada. - You will ensure the sharing and learnings from New Product Launch best practices across Stada - You identify process risks and gaps. You will lead the preparation of scenarios, mitigation plans and escalation to senior leadership. - You build out KPIs, metrics and reporting that effectively measures and then synthesize/summarizes the success of a launch end-to-end and post launch. - You cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders ensuring tactical execution aligns with product and Stada strategy. **Who we are looking for**: - University degree in pharmacy, chemistry or related science. - 6+ years’ experience in operations within the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical or related field including already first experience with management of a team. - Strong analytical skills and financial acumen. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a complex international environment. - Demonstrated ability to organize and execute on a variety of assignments and action plans, driving for results and managing complex projects. - Ability to deal with lot of internal customers with team spirit and proactiveness and capability to challenge their assumptions. - Combination of strategic and operational mind-set together with follow up ability. - Working in Bad Vilbel with remote time up to two days **What we offer**: - An open corporate culture with fast decision-making processes and a lot of potential for your personal development - Individual development and training opportunities - Flexible working hours and mobile working up to 2 days per week (depending on the job profile) - Job ticket for the RMV region and Job Bike - Childcare allowance - Health-promoting offers such as Wellpass or the STADA Gym (free of charge) - Numerous additional benefits such as "future payment", group accident insurance, supplementary pension scheme, and chemical industry pension fund - And much more...
