Together we are on an exciting growth journey and want to successfully shape the future of STADA.- **Commercial Director Global Specialty (f/m/d)** - Bad Vilbel | Germany (DE) | Full-time | Permanent**What you can expect**: - You direct and lead commercial strategic planning targets for selected assets in the Immunology portfolio; You monitor and track performance and drive critical priorities to deliver / exceed financial and non-financial commercial expectations for biosimilar portfolio - You drive product launch readiness by preparing promotional/educational tools, go-to-market strategy in collaboration with key countries (including targeting and resource allocation), sales/market share ambitions, and correspond demand forecast/schedule in collaboration with Tech Ops/Supply Chain colleagues - In partnership with Global Market Access Director, you develop pricing strategy based on competitive density/order of entry, local market incentives related to biosimilars, channel (e.g., tender/hospital vs retail), product differentiation, and other relevant factors, and build a database of historical trends to support analytics and decision-making - You collaborate with Business Intelligence and Finance teams in developing/refining reporting mechanisms for overall STADA biosimilar performance against KPIs (including a shadow P&L) and monitor external biosimilar performance globally - You drive and conduct market analysis activities, identifying key segment value drivers, growth opportunities, product positioning and customer segmentation/targeting. - You ensure high quality planning and tracking with CSF and KPI measures in place for all activities behind ustekinumab launch preparation - You lead project management for ustekinumab commercial activities, in strong collaboration with global functions and region/affiliate colleagues - You lead the annual strategic planning process for immunology assets in partnership with the Global VP - You maximize operational activities to drive launch excellence for current and future launches - You work collaboratively with the regional/country commercial leads to understand changes in markets, customer behavior and barriers/opportunities to regional business growth, competition, pricing and reimbursement changes, policy and government initiatives, market access initiatives, etc. **Who we are looking for**: - Bachelor’s and Master’s degree is required - You have minimum 10-15+ years experience within the pharmaceutical industry; immunology experience required; strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial and market access landscape - You bring strong analytical and research competencies and excellence in MS Excel - You have 10+ years commercial/launch readiness or equivalent business experience; ideally consultancy experience - You have strong financial literacy - You have excellent written and verbal communication skills - You are proficient in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing business level English is required.
