Through our revolutionary solutions for complex energy, urban, nuclear and hydro projects, we help our clients create a positive impact towards a sustainable world, where people, planet and profit collectively thrive._ Reporting to Tractebel's HR Director and in functional contact with the CEO of Tractebel Germany, you will join an international HR team working in an integrated manner whose aim is to provide Tractebel's various business lines with an efficient, optimized and high value-added service. **Your function & the challenges of the position**: Your main mission will be to manage TRACTEBEL's HR policy and associated processes in Tractebel Germany according to the strategy of the company and the Business Lines. You will also be in charge to coordinate the deployment of Tractebel and Group HR policies in other German legal entities. You will be accompanied in your missions by dedicated teams in HR, and you will work closely with the Corporate and Business Line teams. Your missions will be more precisely the following: - **Social dialogue and corporate social responsibility** - Animate social dialogue and guarantee a positive and constructive social climate; - Manage the negotiation of company agreements; - Animate the Works Council and chair the Committee for Health & Safety; - Deploy policies and initiatives in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility on the Germany scope: disability policy, QWL, gender diversity... - **Compensation System and Benefits** - While complying with the defined Tractebel group policy: - Ensure the implementation, monitoring and information on social benefits (mutual and providence, Company Savings Plan, Profit-sharing and participation); - Deploy annual performance reward campaigns; - Develop the culture of performance through an attractive remuneration system; - Contribute and deploy new working methods (mainly remote). - **HR Business Partner** - On the support functions, you will play the role of HRBP: - Bring to life an HR development and career management policy: deployment of "people reviews" and individual follow-up of "talents" (high potentials), mobility management, professional interviews, etc. and everything that can contribute to the development of employees and make Tractebel a "Great Place to Work"; - Support managers in their role of team leadership. - **Recruitment** - In close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Manager (at BU level), being the interface with the BU Talent Acquisition team to ensure local requirements according to the policies and activities identified by the BU and the BA; - **Skills development and training management** - While complying with the defined Tractebel group policy: - Contribute, in collaboration with the Business Areas, to a forward-looking management approach for jobs and skills in the medium term; - Participate in Tractebel's HR Mid-term Plan; - Ensure the deployment of the training plan throughout the scope according to the priorities defined with Corporate and business areas (BA’s); - Guarantee the proper administrative management of the training activity (meeting legal obligations, reimbursement requests ). **E. HR Process and Management** - Management of delicate exits and disputes; - Contribute to the SL HR business review and supervise the budget of its scope. **Profile** - Higher education such as social law, or Master HR; - Ten years of experience in generalist HR functions; - Ability to cross-functionally and remotely collaborate in complex organizational environments; - Demonstrate experience working in an international and multicultural environment in a matrix organization; - Autonomy, relational & emotional adaptability; - Successful team management experience; - Experience in an international environment is a plus; - Ability to build relationships of trust; - Strong sense of service & listening; - A fluent level of English is mandatory; - Rigor and sense of organization are part of your strengths; - Occasional trips outside Germany (mainly Belgium) are to be expected. - Business Unit: GBU Energy Solutions- Division: ES Tractebel L2- Legal Entity: TRACTEBEL ENGINEERING GMBH- Contract Type: - Professional Experience: - Education Level:
