**Responsibilities**:
- Support the TM team on all tasks connected to the annual talent management cycle (e.g. Talent Review / Talent Conferences)
- Organize and faciliate our virtual networking events
- Work on long-term HR initiatives e.g. Employer Branding, Learning Strategy and Onboarding
- Design and create learning content e.g. e-Learnings
- Take over responsiblity for own Talent Management Project
**Qualifications**:
- Working towards Bachelor / Master's degree in the field of Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or similar
- Three to six months' time to work with us
- Experience in working with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Fluent English Skills
- Team Player
- Having fun learning and contributing in a global business environment
- Enjoy working with a young and motivated team
