**Your role**
As a **Strategic Business Transformation Intern**, **you will report directly to the Head of Transformation and Change Enablement, and work alongside team members to identify and support the priority transformation and change initiatives that are critical to achieving our Life Science goals.
In this capacity, **your main responsibilities include**:
- Work in close collaboration with the business and functions to ensure that the key stakeholders have the resources, rights tools, and business processes/systems available at the right time and place
- Determine need, develop, and manage communications and change management plans in close collaboration with the communications team
- Ensure timely and relevant updates to senior leadership when needed
**Who you are**
- Bachelor’s in science, Engineering, Business or related field, and either recently completed or currently pursuing an advanced degree in similar fields (eg. MA, MSc, PhD). Change Management qualifications (eg. CCMP, PROSI, ATD) is a plus
- 2+ years’ experience working on projects involving project management, organizational change, strategic communications, or management consulting
- Experience in defining, designing, and executing a roadmap and developing comprehensive and to-the-point change management & communication plans
