The Role
As HR Specialist Talent Acquisition you will manage the different TA and recruitment solutions to find, attract and secure the right talents for AB Enzymes in collaboration with HR Managers. In this role you will ensure that the internal and external talent pipeline delivers the talent and capabilities in the right timing to the business. Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Support the entire recruitment process incl. job posting, screening, interview scheduling, assessment testing and conducting some 1st level interviews with hiring managers
- Responsible for predefined reporting / KPIs and hiring announcements, cost controlling
- Close cooperation with the HR Specialist in Finland to improve global employer branding and attractiveness, generate a positive applicant experience, improve employer marketing (University collaborations, social media etc.) and further develop recruitment processes
- Manage recruitments and users in HR IS / Applicant Management System (TalentAdore)
- Support usage of Talent Adore as well as optimizing tools and procedures
- Interact and communicate with external service providers (e. g. agencies and others)
- Provide recruitment support to ABE international supervisors on recruitment matters
- Back up support for other HR administrative and operative tasks
About You
- A bachelor or master degree in the field of Human Resources or an adequate similar education
- Several years of experience in the areas of recruitment and development, preferably also in other HR areas
- Experience in an international environment (preferred)
- Desire, Ability and Determination to both routines and innovating tasks
- Ability to cooperate and partner with different kinds of colleagues on all company levels globally
- Ability to work independently
- Accuracy and Thoroughness
- A positive “change agent”- attitude
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and German
