- Sie sind für eine reibungslose Terminplanung zuständig
- Sie übernehmen das Reisemanagement
- Sie organisieren Meetings, Telefonkonferenzen und Veranstaltungen
- Sie führen die Korrespondenz auf Deutsch und Englisch

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ähnliche Qualifikationen
- Sie konnten bereits Erfahrung im Assistenzbereich sammeln
- Sie bringen einen routinierten Umgang in MS Office mit und haben idealerweise Kenntnisse in SAP
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
