**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**:

- You are able to clearly articulate and contextualize prioritization and trade-off decisions to stakeholders at all levels
- You establish long-lasting, valuable partnerships with stakeholders at eye-level to drive alignment across the organization
- You have proven experience managing large and complex programs or portfolios whilst demonstrating an ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders
- You hold expert Project Management knowledge, with an ability to provide support and leadership to junior team members and peers
- You are able to support the sponsor and other senior stakeholders in defining and shaping organizational vision into a program vision

**YOU'RE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- You'll work running projects and programs of all sizes, but your main focus will be managing a team of project and program managers
- You'll be less involved in running operations, but will be overall accountable for the project and program delivery process and quality in your respective team(s)
- You'll provide guidance and coaching to individuals on project and program management, as well as other work-related topics and encourage individual and team growth
- You'll support the Heads of Program Management (or PMO) in making project and program definition and delivery better at Zalando - by improving company standards, processes and best practices
