Palo is a stealth company making modern healthcare software. Our vision is to build the #1 software in a specific segment of healthcare that has low NPS not seen innovation since the 90s.

Healthcare professionals pursue their career because they want to better their patients and live pain-free. In reality much of the work consists of manual processes and using slow software.

Our mission is to free health care workers from the office and help them do, what they love: treating patients.

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Founder’s Associate to join our team and work directly with the founders on the highest-impact work.

This is a unique opportunity for a pro-active, detail-oriented person to gain hands-on experience in a start-up during the launch time. As the Founder’s Associate Intern, you’ll get to wear many hats, tackling a variety of challenges across growth, marketing and product. You’ll work closely with the founders, gaining insight into the inner workings of a software start-up, with the potential to grow into a full-time position.

**Key Responsibilities**

Growth
- Collaborate directly with the founders on go-to-market of our iOS App for Physiotherapists
- Engage with and listen to customers

Marketing
- Own a marketing channel and drive it to excellence

‍ **Your Profile**
- Language: Native German and strong English
- Experience: At least one previous internship in a relevant field (e.g. Growth, Marketing, Operations)
- Skills: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proficiency in Google Suite, Slack and Notion
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability and a willingness to take on diverse challenges
- Interest: Passionate about health care and how healthcare professionals work
