**About the Role**:
As we expand our footprint, we’re looking for a dynamic and motivated **Founder’s Associate** to join our team and work directly with the founders on high-impact initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented person to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup. As the Founder’s Associate Intern, you’ll wear many hats, tackling a variety of challenges across operations, marketing, expansion, and finance. You’ll work closely with the founders, gaining insights into the inner workings of a startup while contributing to key projects, with the potential to grow into a full-time position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Strategic Projects**
- Collaborate directly with the founders on high-priority strategic initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support business growth and decision-making.
- ** Operations Management**
- Assist in streamlining and optimizing day-to-day operations.
- Schedule and assess software solutions to improve efficiency across departments.
- ** Expansion & Marketing Support**
- Research potential markets in the DACH region and support city expansion efforts.
- ** Finance & Billing Support**
- Assist in managing billing processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Support financial planning and analysis to ensure smooth operations.

**‍ Your Profile**:

- ** Language**: Fluent (C1 or above) in German and English, with excellent communication skills in both.
- ** Experience**: At least one previous internship in a relevant field (e.g., operations, marketing, consulting, or finance).
- ** Skills**: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Google suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets), Slack, Notion.
- ** Mindset**: Entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, and a willingness to take on diverse challenges.
- ** Interest**: Passionate about sustainability and the startup ecosystem.
