We take care of design, installation and plant care, to provide companies with beautiful, rented greenery to make their office space beautiful and their teams happy.

Since not all work happens in the office, we also support companies with plants for their employees’ homes so that they can enjoy nature from wherever they work.

**About the Role**

As we expand our footprint, we’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Founder’s Associate to join our team and work directly with the founders on high-impact initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented person to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing startup. As the Founder’s Associate Intern, you’ll wear many hats, tackling a variety of challenges across operations, marketing, expansion, and finance. You’ll work closely with the founders, gaining insights into the inner workings of a startup while contributing to key projects, with the potential to grow into a full-time position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Projects
- Collaborate directly with the founders on high-priority strategic initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support business growth and decision-making.
- Operations Management
- Assist in streamlining and optimizing day-to-day operations.
- Schedule and assess software solutions to improve efficiency across departments.
- Expansion & Marketing Support
- Research potential markets in the DACH region and support city expansion efforts.
- Finance & Billing Support
- Assist in managing billing processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.Support financial planning and analysis to ensure smooth operations.

**‍ Your Profile**
- Language: Fluent (C1 or above) in German and English, with excellent communication skills in both.
- Experience: At least one previous internship in a relevant field (e.g., operations, marketing, consulting, or finance).
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Google suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets), Slack, Notion.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, and a willingness to take on diverse challenges.
- Interest: Passionate about sustainability and the startup ecosystem.
