The EMEA Sales GTM Specialist is responsible for keeping sales moving by transforming business strategies into action, enabling the sales team to deliver a WOW experience to our partners. You will work closely with the Head of EMEA Sales Enablement to build this new team and support the sales team to have the best-in-class GTM process. This highly cross-functional role will need you to collaborate with and influence multiple departments and teams within the EMEA region and globally. The Sales Enablement Specialist will showcase an E2E understanding of existing and future GTM process and commercial knowledge, coupled with solid project management and communication acumen.

**Your Mission**:

- Serving as the go-to for all things collections and seasons for the EMEA sales team. You guide - You coach - You troubleshoot - You prevent. You innovate.
- Understanding current GTM plan - including tiering, samples and showroom process; and advocate for solutions that meet business needs and improve the way we do sell-in.
- Driving efficiency and productivity by being a strong voice in how we best define our GTM strategy and leading digitization and automation to increase ease of doing business.
- Aligning with the Global GTM Sales Enablement team to define, prioritize, and execute projects.
- Working with EMEA key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure collaboration when designing solutions.
- Onboarding and training new and existing Sales team members on all GTM topics.

**Your story**:

- 3 years of experience in multiple commercial functions across Sales, Customer Service, Branding, Operations, Supply Chain, and Tech.
- You are process savvy, and you understand business requirements of B2B retail partners.
- You like project management and are pro-actively engaging to find the best solutions.
- You are comfortable with a fast-paced working environment and a certain level of ambiguity
- You love people and jump at the possibility of connecting with someone new and developing business relationships across functions.
- Fluent in English, all other languages a plus
