**Duties**:

- You will provide oversight and participate in the installation, operations, maintenance, sustainment and operational readiness of all wide area network (WAN) and local area network (LAN) telecommunications, network infrastructure and protocols.
- You will execute IT initiatives to include planning, design, implementation and operation ISN, boundary architecture, and service delivery in support of regional managed infrastructure
- You will provide regional IT services management (incident, configuration and change management) and engineering support services.
- You maintain accountability of all equipment within the area of responsibility to include the Classified Material Control Center (CMCC) requirements.
- You will troubleshoot, test and debug critical portions of the Microsoft system software.

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport.
- May be required to obtain a VISA dependent on the overseas country's laws/regulations.
- You will be required to sign the Statement of Understanding for Overseas Employment acknowledging receipt and understanding of the statement of living and working conditions for this location.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
- This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area 411/441/451 within 12 months of appointment.

**Qualifications**:

IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: Brief and report resolution to trouble tickets and IT related issues.
- 4. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: Resolve complex program issues and recommend modifications to improve the functionality of proposed IT systems.
