**Do you want to be part of this transformation and create new opportunities?**
- In your role, you will support commercial project execution of contracts with customers, regional companies, consortium partners, subcontractors and other Siemens entities in close collaboration with the World Project Controller (WPC)
- In doing so, you will support the monthly project forecasts and perform follow-ups on project deliverables
- You will also prepare various project reports and analyses
- In addition, you will be responsible for risk and opportunity analysis as well as regular discussion and maintenance of current costing with project management
- Your responsibilities will include processing purchase orders with subcontractors and contractors, checking the timeliness and financial accuracy of vendor invoices, and cost controlling for the project
- You will also prepare documents for customer invoicing and track payments
- In your role, you will assist with all other financial and commercial aspects of the project, such as tax issues, staff transfer, SA light, guarantees, letters of credit, insurance claims, etc.
- You will assist project management with monthly project reporting and forecasting, as well as assisting with project bank account activities
- You will also coordinate financial data with the commercial contact in the regional company to achieve accurate reporting on a global level and take care of the permanent set up, e.g. PE IT tool for the project
- You will adhere to commercial standards, act in accordance with business conduct guidelines (e.g. code of conduct, tax regulations, export control, EHS) and establish a culture of trust and integrity within the team

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- You have completed a business administration bachelor's degree
- In addition, you have several years of relevant professional experience at Siemens in a similar environment
- You also have sound experience in project planning, structuring, controlling and risk management as well as experience in using business management tools (e.g. DASH, GREAT, SAP, etc.)
- You are experienced with costing methods, financial models, forecasting, project controlling (incl. customs, logistics and export control), contract and receivables management, as well as accounting principles (IFRS), taxes, insurance, NCM, FX strategies
- Experience in commercial project management is a must, certification as commercial project manager (S- / C- level) preferred
- In addition you bring international experience in working in multicultural teams
- You are characterized by your ability to work in a team, willingness to cooperate and good social skills
- You communicate fluently in German and English, both orally and in writing; communication skills in Arabic are highly desirable
