Project Controller (m/w/d)

DEIN AUFGABENPROFIL

  • Du kümmerst Dich um die Plausibilisierung des Projektstandes auf Gesellschaftsebene, bereitest die Daten für das Management auf und leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen ab
  • Darüber hinaus führst Du Soll-Ist-Vergleiche durch, setzt interne Kontrollprozesse um und entwickelst diese stetig weiter
  • Gemeinsam mit der Buchhaltung erstellst Du den Monatsabschluss und prüfst dabei auch relevante Banktransaktionen
  • Außerdem aktualisierst Du regelmäßig die Cashflow-Planung und stellst ein transparentes Reporting auf Projekt- und Gesellschaftsebene sicher
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Projektmanagern unterstützt Du bei Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen, beim Monitoring von KPIs sowie im Abrechnungsprozess und übernimmst die Schnittstelle zum zentralen Controlling
  • Zusätzlich verantwortest Du Themen wie die Verwaltung von Versicherungsverträgen, das zugehörige Reporting sowie die Durchführung von Trainings und Workshops für unsere Projektteams

DEIN QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finance, Controlling oder eines vergleichbaren Fachgebiets
  • Mit mindestens fünf Jahren Erfahrung im Projektcontrolling – idealerweise im Eventbereich einer größeren Agentur – bringst Du umfassende Expertise mit
  • Du kennst Dich bestens mit DATEV und Power BI aus und bist ein absoluter Excel-Profi
  • Deine Zahlenaffinität verbindest Du mit fundiertem betriebswirtschaftlichen Verständnis und soliden buchhalterischen Kenntnissen
  • Als Senior arbeitest Du selbstständig, kommunizierst sicher mit dem Management, sprichst Handlungsempfehlungen aus und agierst gleichzeitig als Teamplayer an der Seite unserer Projektmanager
  • Du handelst lösungsorientiert, übernimmst Verantwortung und bist Dir der Tragweite Deiner Empfehlungen jederzeit bewusst
