**WHAT YOU DO**:

- Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and cash planning
- Continuous improvement and optimization of liquidity management
- Holistic approach: stable payroll processes, company administration, and leading financial projects
- Timely and high-quality monthly and annual reportings to group FP&A team
- Drive business performance with a cost-efficiency focus
- Champion continuous improvement in the system project landscape
- Oversee financial planning and analysis, ensuring compliance
- Prepare project reports with realistic/best/worst case forecasts
- Promote continuous improvement in project metrics and controlling processes
- Expand reporting of project KPIs with forecasts, scenario analyses, and alerts

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Degree in economics, business administration, or related field, focusing on project controlling
- 3+ years of experience in a similar controlling role
- Integrated finance expert with deep knowledge in controlling, value flows, and supply chain management
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills
- Ability to identify, communicate, and present financial implications clearly
- Experience with cross-functional teams and a growth mindset
- Independent and structured worker with a proactive and holistic approach
- Proficient in MS Excel, required skills in SAP and Microsoft Power BI
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English for daily business
