Our client, a leading Strategy Consulting Boutique within Commercial Due Diligence is looking for strong additions to the team on Manager level and above.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end commercial due diligence projects for B2B tech and medtech transactions, including market sizing, competitive analysis, and customer research.
  • Translate complex data into clear, investment-ready insights and recommendations for PE, VC, and corporate clients.
  • Manage project teams, coordinate workstreams, and ensure high-quality deliverables under tight timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for follow-on advisory work.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German (C1+) and excellent English communication skills.
  • 5–10+ years' experience in strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or commercial due diligence—ideally within B2B tech or medtech.
  • Strong analytical toolkit: market modeling, forecasting, financial interpretation, and primary research.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, own client-facing work, and deliver insights in fast-paced deal environments.
