**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**: As part of the team, you will have the following responsibilities: - Leading the project "Estimate at Completion" planning process, performing accurate forecasts, providing guidance in line with the overall company financial targets, and challenging business inputs/requests; - Developing actionable scenarios to support decision making and providing a comprehensive view on the financial implications of project decisions; - Anticipate financial risks and advise on mitigation strategies; - Anticipate financial opportunities, identify and secure external funding opportunities; - Support Contract Change process; - Support and steer the project profit & loss and cash planning Produce accurate and transparent financial monthly reporting; - Assess the actual financial project performance, analyse deviations and drive corrective actions; - Identifying actionable scenarios for optimization and improvement, monitor materialization of savings; - Helping the project navigate through and adhere to finance processes and to finance compliance requirements; - Explaining and raising business awareness on finance matters. **Skills & Experience**: You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience: - Master’s degree in industrial engineering or business administration; - 3+ years’ experience in controlling and finance; - Knowledge of MS Office, Power Point and SAP; - Used to work in multifunctional teams; - Effective and good communication skills also with management; - Proactive and independent working style; - Ability to deal with various stakeholders and all levels of management; - Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of German is an advantage.
