As the Commercial Project Manager (CoPM) execution of L2C quotes commercial and technically, customer-facing for terms & conditions, risk, project commercials with offer and Order Processing for Commodity Business in CT. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our business development initiatives, strengthen our market position and drive revenue growth. Objectives of this role:

  • Handle commercial processing of projects requiring deep expertise and coordination for Project Business.
  • Act as primary point of contact for customers for all sales operations tasks.
  • Drive offer phase until order processing phase with L2C accountability and collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Logistics and SCM etc, interdependent processes perspectives.
  • Ensure financial risk assessment and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate commercial documentation and project reporting.
  • Act as escalation point for respective project commercial issues.
  • Lead collaboration cross-functional commercial topics within and outside G+D, suppliers.
  • Accountable for L2C documentations in tool chains like Salesforce, SAP, Project shares etc.
  • Work closely with other G+D divisions to provide a coordinated customer interface.

Requisite Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience or a related field with leading a department experience.
  • 5+ years professional experience in the areas of sales operations management. Experience in multiple of aforementioned functions is preferred.
  • 5+ years relevant background and proven track record, ideally have worked in an international environment with intercultural competence
  • A proven track record of building relationships between multiple departments.
  • Experience in managing complex projects or large-scale contracts, being well acquainted with the global/local market, contract laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in SAP specially PS module and other ERP tools.
  • English, French and German with good written and spoken knowledge is mandatory, Spanish and Arabic languages is a major plus.
