**Your mission**:

- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to grow the Beamer Bridge, including user acquisition, product development, and marketing
- Support the business development team by creating reports focusing on the current state of our product
- Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and legal, to ensure alignment on business objectives
- Participate in meetings with potential clients and partners to present the Beamer Bridge platform and identify areas of collaboration
- Monitor the crypto industry trends and competitive landscape to identify threats and opportunities for Beamer Bridge
- Support project management by assisting in project planning, creating and maintaining project schedules, and tracking project progress
- Help develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and project metrics
- Support the product owner in developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders

**Your profile**:

- Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in business, economics, or a related field
- Ability to work at least 20 hours per week - this position is open for internship as well
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Knowledge of the crypto industry is a huge plus
- Entrepreneurial and business mindset,
- Currently living in Mainz/Germany,
- An out-of-the-box mindset paired with curiosity,
- Advanced level of English proficiency - both written and spoken,
- An ardent personality for diversity and inclusion.
