**Your Contribution**:

- Planning and coordination of the annual strategic planning process according to corporate and business unit requirements
- Supporting the business unit management team in developing winning business strategies for all Strategic Business Fields
- Leading and continuously improving the market intelligence of the business unit and integrating the results into the overall strategy
- Evaluation and support of M&A opportunities
- Leading strategy related cross-functional projects with internal ressources and external consultants to success
- Leading the strategy team of the business unit

**Your Profile**:

- Master’s degree in economics, Science or Engineering
- At least 5-7 years professional experience in the field of Strategy/Corporate Consultancy or Business Development
- Experience in managing cross functional and international projects
- Technical knowledge and understanding
- Convincing analytical and conceptional competencies
- Strong in leadership, communication and teamwork
- Fluent in English (further language skills e.g. German are a plus)
