**Your Contribution**:

- Your contribution is to drive the product value
- You are responsible for the achievement of product-group-specific commercial and strategic goals
- You define and implement product strategies in line with the Strategic Business Field and the SCHOTT Pharma strategy
- You develop long-term product roadmaps and provide input to Technology and Intellectual Property roadmaps derived from them
- The long-term marketing plan for the assigned product group comes from you
- As process owner for market launch of assigned products, i.e. define market launch plan incl. all launch activities with Marketing
- Management of 15 interfaces

**Your Profile**:

- Minimum Master Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutics or Medical Engineering with a foundation in business administration or a Master Degree in Business Administration with strong technical focus and experience
- 6 years in Product Management, Strategic Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Project Management in an international B2B company
- Experience in pharma packaging/biotech/medical device industry
- Very good English
- Knowledge of major digital tools (LinkedIn, MS Office, CRM, SAP)
- Good Project Management skills, very good presentation skills and intercultural competence
- Willingness to travel up tp 40%
