Your Contribution
  • Global Supply Chain Projects: Management of international projects aimed at improving and optimizing supply chain processes within the Business Unit Flat Glass – including customer integration, IT automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Process Optimization & Harmonization: Development and implementation of lean process concepts in alignment with local Supply Chain Managers, Corporate IT, and external partners. Ensuring sustainable implementation and measurable results.
  • Governance & Digitalization: Responsibility for advancing the vision of a Supply Chain 4.0 with a focus on standardization, digitalization, and automation of global processes through the use of appropriate tools and SAP.
  • KPIs & Training: Definition and implementation of global KPIs, monitoring of target achievement and process stability. Further development of the Supply Chain Academy (identifying training needs and developing training materials). Conducting process audits to ensure consistent standards worldwide.
  • Strategic Development: Supporting the Business Unit in defining and implementing a future-oriented supply chain strategy (SC 4.0).
Your Profile
  • Successfully completed degree in engineering or business administration
  • Several years of professional experience in supply chain management or production (lean manufacturing, production planning)
  • Solid knowledge of project management, ideally with certification (e.g. ASCM CSCP or equivalent)
  • Proficient in SAP ERP (key user or process knowledge); experience with SAP BI is an advantage
  • Knowledge in digitalization and automation within supply chain management
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Knowledge of German, French, Portuguese, Czech, or Turkish is an advantage
