**What is this job about?**:
- As a **Business Analyst** for the **German** market, you'll work in collaboration with the customer support teams. On a daily basis, you will **document** processes, procedures and workflows, to build knowledge for the teams and customers.
**Your challenges**:
- Make up knowledge
- base **libraries** for all procedures related to Customer Support
- **Collect** and **analyse** information across products, systems and processes for consistent guidelines and documentation to resolve customers and employees' inquiries
- Analyse **case data** and knowledge article usage to define the gaps in the support provision
- Fill those gaps with the appropriate **support documentation**:
- Create efficient and accurate internal documentation in consistent format
- Support new systems and tools requirements gathering across the companys' organisation
- Improve the customer experience by identifying **opportunities** to streamline and improve processes
- Support with training of processes and procedures
- Provide assistance with **new product launches** in regions
- Provide help with **reporting** and **MI**
**What do you need to come & join?**:
- Language skills**:Advanced level** in **German**, **Russian** and **English** (C1+)
- Minimum **3 years** of experience in a **Customer Service** environment
- A previous experience or proficiency in these following fields:
- Experience in **producing workflows**, policy and procedural documents
- Proficiency and experience in CRM with particular reference to knowledge base elements is essential
- Proficiency in telephony solutions is desirable
**Extra points**:
A knowledge in any other language is **highly valued** by the company and can be a great plus

- Ability to interpret both technical and non-technical information and deliver information easily
